Service Description
If you’ve tried everything to lose weight with no success or experienced success only to fall right back into old habits and self sabotage, you might want to pay attention. The Spiritual Weight Release Boot Camp is a six (6) week process like no other. We meet via Zoom on Sunday nights at 8:00 p.m. (EST) Monday thru Friday you report in, you are given assignments and set your commitments for the next day (every day), you report your food journal and your honored commitments every evening. On Monday mornings you weigh in, and submit it on google doc. You are assigned an accountability partner which will be one of your Boot Camp peers (you don't have to do it alone). In the Spiritual Weight Release Boot Camp, we focus on the physical, emotional, mental and Spiritual realm. Releasing weight is more than just losing weight. We examine and explore the beliefs, attitudes, thoughts, patterns and behaviors that cause us to stuff, and hide in our present lives. We focus on what we would like to accomplish and experience during our six weeks together. We set a simple, clear intention for what it is that we desire to release, move through and move to. Spiritual Weight Release Boot Camp is an opportunity for us to get radically honest. Once payment has been made, you will receive an email with the Zoom Video Conference Meeting ID.
